Our team has been working hard to develop Ida as an AI assistant that can answer many of your questions and help you on your health and beauty journey.

How to Use Ida

The best way to make the most of our AI assistant is to learn how to communicate with her in an efficient manner.

The following are some great instructions and tips on how to talk to Ida.

Step 1. Visit our website at www.idealofmed.com and click on the link GET STARTED.

The link will take you to a page where you can start talking to Ida right away.

Alternatively, you can also click on the WhatsApp icon and talk to her there.

Step 2. Choose one of the menu options to start talking to Ida about a topic.

You can choose to speak with a Specialist, get more information about a treatment, get more info about our products, or download our free eBook. Ida is learning new stuff (and languages) each week.

As soon as you choose your option, Ida will pop up in the chat box below and start an AI conversation with you.

Step 3. Continue talking to Ida

As you move through the conversation, Ida will ask you questions in order to support you further to get your answers.

To answer our special AI assistant, simply type the letter or number that corresponds to your answer and Ida will continue the conversation with more information.

At any point, you can always choose to also use Ida to book a free consultation with a specialist.
